Mother nature strikes again

Roughly 6″ of water tossed things around like a top. Last night I worked out on that treadmill and the basement was bone dry. This morning I woke up to about 3″ of water. The flooding in the basement seems to have crested at about 6″. My sump pump is hammering away at moving the water out. Hopefully it will catch up by morning or at least the end of the day tomorrow. We didn’t have much damage other than some computer equipment, although I haven’t tested the treadmill (obviously).

Looks like I know what I’m doing this weekend… bummer.
